PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is an engaging option for your budding actors! It offers a creative spin on the usual book report. Students envision a scene that would complement the book that they just finished. They can write dialogue or a monologue. They are still doing a close reading of their novel, as they must make the dialogue or monologue sound like the character(s). It must be in keeping with the author's style and make sense with the plot. This project is fun, engaging, creative, and thoughtful. This packet has easy-to-follow directions, a clear rubric, and help with script formatting.
