Product Description
This lesson is a wholesale review of what a subject, verb, and pronoun are + how to ensure they agree in a sentence.

The packet includes three different notes tables (one for each skill) that are easy references for students as they answer questions.

Standards covered include:
1. SWBAT recognize errors in pronoun-antecedent agreement.
2. SWBAT correct subject-verb agreement errors.
3. SWBAT show mastery on mixed skill practice and an exit ticket.

This practice focuses on helping students identify the skill in the question to ensure they are annotating the question and looking for places where the test could trick them.

While students often show mastery on open response questions, this lesson includes multiple-choice questions that emphasize rigor and attention to detail.

The practice includes 20 multiple choice questions and a five question exit ticket. The practice is formatted as a challenge where students raise a thumb after they finish each section to be checked by the teacher.

All answers are included in Microsoft Comments. The Zip file includes a PDF student copy, PDF teacher copy, and a Microsoft Word document.
