Four of my best selling bundles - Middle School Science Task Cards (204 of them!), Six Jeopardy Games, Ten Science Logic Puzzles, and Metric System and Dimensional Analysis Unit - PLUS
two periodic table projects students can do independently make this an amazing value and a must-have for every middle school science teacher. This bundle-of-bundles
not only saves you tons of money, it saves you the time and stress of having enough material for:
~emergency sub plans
~go-to’s for those Fridays when you need something engaging
~extra review and reinforcement
for your students.
Can you say “sanity saver?” :) This is an amazing wealth of resources for stations, bell-ringers, emergency sub plans, brain breaks, review, formative assessment, extension activities or those last 20 minutes of class!
Here are the details of what’s included:
Six Sets of Task Cards:
Newton's Laws of Motion, Ionic Bonding, Velocity, Acceleration, the Scientific Method, Metric System, and Atomic Structure. 204 task cards in all! Bought as a bundle alone - $14.99, Bought separately = $25.74
Ten different science-themed logic puzzles:
2nd Law of Motion, Average Speed, Volume, Density, Momentum, Work, Power, Solar System, and Atomic Structure. There are nine puzzles in all because there are two versions of the average speed puzzle: one that requires unit conversion and one that does not. Bought as a bundle alone - $5.49, Bought separately - $14.90
Six Jeopardy Games:
Scientific Method, Space, Earth & General Science, Chemical Bonding, the Metric System and Newton's Laws of Motion. Your students will love the jeopardy games, and you'll love the time you save in trying to make them! Bought as a bundle alone - $12.99 Bought separately - $24.00
Metric System and Dimensional Analysis:
~ Five worksheets of varied difficulty with answer keys – there is a word story worksheet, three worksheets that allow students to practice their skill at conversions, and one worksheet that combines converting units with comparisons between the size of various quantities.
~ Two powerpoints accompanied by guided notes for your students – colorful and animated to engage your students - you (or a sub) can use these as support for your students.
Bought as a bundle alone - $7.99
Atomic Structure Project:
Students will determine protons, neutrons, and electrons for elements #1 - 18 and draw the Bohr and Lewis Dot structures for each. The focus is on the patterns we can see in groups and periods of elements. Fantastic as a part of an atomic structure unit! Includes coloring, some drawing, cutting, and pasting - so it is sure to be engaging for your students. The questions lead students to notice patterns without specifically telling them what the patterns are. Bought separately - $3.99
Periodic Table Project
This is a fun and interactive project where students will learn about the families of elements on the periodic table as well as special uses and characteristics of elements. Students will use their internet research skills to find which element has the highest strength-to-density ratio, where the Alkali metals are located, which metal is a liquid at room temperature, and more. I always love the day I do this project - students are engaged, excited to use their phones or other devices to find the elements, and they enjoy coloring :) It also makes a great take-home project too! Perfect for sub plans!
Examples of prompts students will research and then follow:
~Color the element that plays an important role in the transportation of oxygen in all vertebrates dark red.
~The only metal that is a liquid at room temperature should be colored orange.
~The 1943 Steel Wartime cent coin is the only US coin ever circulated without this element. Color it green.
Bought separately = $3.99
If purchased separately by the bundle, this fabulous mega bundle would cost $49.99. If you bought each product separately, you would spend $80.61! I’m selling this time saving chock-full-of-products-you-can-start-using-right-away bundle of bundles for only $36.99!
