The Military Exxersis sheets is a stretch for the basic work out of anybody that woukd like to stretch. I have picture showing the correct form and the position to do the stretch in. The stretches are Hip and Back stretch, groin stretch, sit up, calf stretch, Hip and back strecth, Side Straddle hop, calf stretch standing, neck stretch, arm rotation, hip rotation, and push ups.
All stretch have pictures with correct form, if you can not hand the correct form then get as close to the correct form as possible without pain or hurting. There are 12 papges with title page added.
