This is a character web assignment designed to help students track character relationships and motivations. The cast names are already filled in; students just need to track connections by recording details on the lines that link the characters together.
As such, students will be able to visually trace the land dispute that links Putnam, Proctor, and Nurse, as well as Putnam's alleged plot against George Jacobs. Additionally, students can keep track of Corey's and Proctor's contention against Parris in addition to the jealousy Mrs. Putnam feels agains Mrs. Nurse.
