A fun, creative, and in depth way to explore miming. This miming unit introduces students to the importance of the use of body language in drama/theater. Mime forms the basis of all drama because it concentrates on the actor’s ability to accurately copy actions and emotions. In mime, the spoken word is eliminated and actors use facial expressions, gestures, and body movement to communicate an idea/feeling/emotion to the audience.
