Description
Use this free poster and activity to encourage a more mindful day for kids and teens (and adults, too!). The poster includes both digital and printable pages to allow students to write in their responses if they choose.
Students will:
- Slowly take five deep breaths.
- List four things they can see or notice.
- List three things they are grateful for.
- Say two positive self-talk statements.
- Name one thing they are looking forward to.
