Two Versions of Bulletin Board Letters
I have created two sets of letters you can use to remind your students what they will be doing throughout the next thirty days. The letter sizes are 3"x 3" and 5"x 5".

This is a 30 day booklet where your students will get the opportunity to think about a mindful/positive action that they will complete that day.
-Day 1: I am grateful for _______.
-Day 5: I am going to be kind to myself and others.
-Day 15: I am going to do ________ to protect the earth.
-Day 21: I am going to do deep belly breathing with my eyes closed.
-Day 30: I am going to make a list of all the good things in my life.
