Mindful Labyrinths (mazes) mindfulness activity helps students with anxiety, stress, self-regulation coping skills, and focus. The mindful labyrinth cards or sheets can be used in calm down areas or to help reduce test anxiety, and encourage calm and focus.
These can be used as finger Labyrinths or with a pencil or other tracing object.
