12 Brain Breaks Cards
Each card comes in full page size. To create smaller cards, print at 4 per page. Instructions can be printed on the back. Each image also comes in a circular design if you would like to attach them to craft sticks. All of these exercises are meant to be done either at a chair/table, or standing. None of these require floor space, so they can be used with many grade levels.

Treat *yourself* as well! These are amazing if you spend a lot of time texting, at a computer, or simply have tension to release. Your neck and back will thank you!
