This mindfulness scoot activity gives students the opportunity to independently practice 20 mindfulness strategies! Students rotate through mindfulness task cards, attempting each strategy and rating the strategy as "zen" or "not zen" based on personal experience.
Includes: visual aids, scoot handout, and scoot task cards in color and black/white printing options.
Additional materials needed: sand tray/bowl, shaping dough, pinwheel, loose paper for journaling/list-making, and one mindful/zen bottle (also referred to as a "calming jar").
