Mindfulness is the process of bringing our attention to the present moment. It is an important part of strengthening executive functioning skills, and has wide-reaching benefits for all students. This handout mindfulness in parent-friendly language. Please note that this letter does not contain any reference to a specific diagnosis, but the information may be helpful for your students struggling due to ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and learning disabilities.
