This lesson is a 5 part lesson plan that breaks down the Yamas ( values) that teach children AND adults how to treat others). The class can be taught in a traditional classroom setting, a yoga studio, or incorporated at home for family discussion. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. :)
There will be two more in this series, one on the Niyamas ( how we treat ourselves) and another on Stress Management and Mindfulness in our day to day life.
All you will need is a whiteboard, index cards, and colored pencils. Any movement in the lessons can be done at or around a desk.
