This resource is intended for Pre-K and Kindergarten teachers who want to introduce mindfulness into their classroom, but are not quite sure where to start. This is part 1 of a 3 part series (parts 2-3 coming soon!)
In order to use this script you will need a mindfulness bell or a bell sound (there are many free apps you can download). Other than that, there are NO supplies and NO preparation needed.
Included are 10 mindful moments that can be practised with younger kids. This is a more concrete and practical way to introduce mindfulness to young kids.
