Product Description

Use these mindful scavenger hunts to help kids and young adults practice mindfulness in a fun and interactive way. Students will use their senses to find a variety of items outside or in the classroom while practicing mindfulness.

This resource includes a student worksheet that introduces mindfulness and explains the benefits. Then, students will go on a mindful scavenger hunt to practice! A total of 12 different scavenger hunts are included (6 for outside in nature and 6 for the classroom). There is also a page to make your own scavenger hunts.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness means being present in the moment with your thoughts and feelings without making judgments. It is being aware of what is happening but not being overwhelmed.

Why Teach Mindfulness
