This is a set of 5 scripts that all focus on Mindful Listening. This resource is intended for teachers who want to introduce mindfulness into their classroom, but are not quite sure where to start.
The packet includes a Mindfulness 101 info sheet and 5 scripts for guiding your students through a mindfulness meditation. This week's focus is on dealing with stress, anxiety, or worries. The scripts aim to teach students about the body's reaction to stress and give them the tools to deal with these things in class and independently.
Each script lasts 3-5 minutes, so it will work for all grade levels. In order to use this script you will need a mindfulness bell or a bell sound (there are many free apps you can download)
