This video was created to give students an introduction to mindfulness, its many benefits, and some tips for practicing it. With so many benefits to physical and mental health, it's critical that we start training our students to practice mindful activities. Mindfulness has been shown to improve memory, concentration, physical health, happiness, and general mental health. This is why we are seeing it popping up in schools across the country. I collaborated with Youtube expert, Reagan Ballard, to get this message across to students in a way that they can relate.
