This growth mindset mindfulness notebook is a research based and classroom tested resource on developing mindfulness. It is a good fit for 2nd-5th grade students, school counsellors, special education teachers, and child care workers.

Each notebook page is guided by a detailed lesson plan. Students complete these lessons in their notebooks with the coordinating printable. Kids love reflecting on their social and emotional learning and this is a fun and interactive way to do it!
