Mindful Breathing is one of the easiest ways to teach meditation. Breathing is a simple way to become aware of the body and mind by connecting with the inhale and exhale. This packet contains numerous types of breathing exercises that are simple enough for students of all ages to practice.

Mindful Movements allow students to become aware of their bodies through movement and breathing. This packet contains multiple series of themed mindful movements based on the yoga philosophy of mind, body, and breath connection.

Mindful Moments are a quiet time for kids to be still and become aware of their thoughts, emotions, and senses though journaling. This packet contains several journal prompts that encourage self-reflection through mindfulness. These prompts can be used regularly throughout the year.

Mindful Communication is a way for students to completely focus on the conversation, using body, heart, and mind. This packet contains structured protocols that help kids practice being mindful during conversations.

Mindful Practices are meant to be used anytime during the school day or class period. They take as little as 5 minutes to implement. The benefit of these practices is that they are adaptable to YOUR classroom! You may choose to implement Mindful Practices once a day or multiple times throughout the day. You may also establish a schedule, choose to have students suggest what they need through a choice board, or determine needs through your own intuition.  

Use these Mindful Practices to establish focus, refocus, energize, or calm your students.
