    Description

    In this mindfulness packet we provide engaging, fun, and thoughtful practices to help your students prepare to learn and focus throughout the school day. You will find everything you need to immediately engage and teach your students how to be mindful in the classroom. The four mindful resources included are Mindful Affirmations, Mindful Journaling, Mindful Brain Breaks, Mindful Calm Down Corner, and Mindful Communication.

    Mindfulness can be used anytime during the school day or class period. The benefit of these practices is that they are adaptable to YOUR classroom!
