This resource was created to encourage teachers to ask questions at all levels of the revised Bloom’s Taxonomy and to plan for activities which stretch children’s thinking. It gives teachers a concise and easy method to plan for higher order thinking, ask a variety of questions, and motivate students. The question stems can be used with reading, math, social studies and science lessons and is appropriate for all grade levels. Great for planning for ESL, Special Education and RTI lessons. Directions are included for making an inexpensive and motivational candy dispenser to use with the question stem cards.
