This cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) flipbook helps students realize their own faulty thinking patterns with kid friendly language. Recognizing cognitive distortions is the first step in developing a healthy mindset. Students will read and color while learning about stewing (dwelling on a problem), making a big deal out of little things (overgeneralizing), mind reading, predicting the future, and all or nothing (black and white) thinking. Coloring the book is half the fun and also a great stress management tool!
