I’m a huge fan of literacy-based therapy, and classic books are my favorite! This resource is part of my mini book companions for classics product line. is one that I pull out multiple times a year!
This companion pack contains visual sentence strips to use alongside the book and comes in both color and black and white. It also contains worksheets that target sequencing, WH and yes/no questions, prepositions, vocabulary, describing, following directions, and articulation. There are a few open-ended activities as well.
p. 5-7 Visual sentence strips: Use alongside book to reinforce concepts and vocabulary
p. 8 Story retell: Use the pictures to help you retell the story
p. 9 -10 Sequencing: Cut out pictures and glue to the appropriate number on the following page
