This is a two-week literature guide for the book titled Wagon Wheels, by Barbara Brenner. The book relates the story of the Muldie family moving West after the Civil War.
The mini-guide contains ten sections that include vocabulary exercises, discussion questions, reading activities, life application/Bible connections, and a complete answer key.
This is an interactive guide that enables parents/teachers to facilitate an oral discussion of the book, but it only provides space for one student to complete fill-in-the-blank activities. If you are interested in obtaining reproducibles that contain all of the fill-in-the-blank activities, click on the link: Mini-Guide for Beginners: Wagon Wheels Reproducibles
The reproducibles are intended to be used with the mini-guide; the Answer Key for the activities on the reproducibles is found at the end of the mini-guide.
The mini-guide was designed for homeschoolers but can be used in co-ops and schools. For more information about Mini-Guides, check the mini-guide page of the CNS website:
