This guide was updated and expanded in December of 2017.
This is a two-week literature guide for the book titled Sarah Whitcher's Story, by Elizabeth Yates. This miraculous account of the rescue of a three-year-old girl is based on a true story; it is set in 1783.
The mini-guide contains ten sections that include vocabulary exercises, discussion questions, reading activities, life application/Bible connections, and an answer key.
This is an interactive guide that enables parents/teachers to facilitate an oral discussion of the book, but it only provides space for one student to complete fill-in-the-blank activities. If you are interested in obtaining Reproducibles that contain all of the fill-in-the-blank activities, check out the following page on TpT:
Mini-Guide for Juniors: Sarah Whitcher's Story Reproducibles
1) When you purchase one set of reproducibles, you have permission to make a copy for each of your students.
2) An Answer Key is not provided for the reproducibles; the answers for the activities on the sheets are found at the end of the mini-guide.

CNS is working on creating workbooks for some of these interactive guides; the content is the same -- the only difference is that the workbooks contain spaces to write all of the answers. If you are interested in submitting a request to have CNS create a workbook for this guide, contact Chris Roe at: firstname.lastname@example.org
