This is a mini-guide (a two-week literature study) for the book titled A Single Shard, by Linda Sue Park. In this book, Tree-ear, an orphan in 12th century Korea, desires to become a potter, but finds obstacles in his way.
The mini-guide contains vocabulary exercises, discussion questions, reading activities, life application/Bible connections, and an answer key. In this version of the guide, there is room for students to write the answers.
The guide is also available in interactive format (space is not provided for students to write all of the answers):
Mini-Guide for Middlers: A Single Shard Interactive
NOTE: The content of the guide in interactive format and the guide in workbook format is the same; the only difference is spacing.
Mini-guides are used in home schools, co-ops, and traditional schools. Click on the link to browse through all of the Mini-Guides for Middlers
