This is a mini-guide (a two-week literature study) for the book titled False Coin True Coin, by Lois Hadley Dick. In this book, Cissy Nidd, the daughter of a jailhouse caretaker, listens to John Bunyan's message.
The mini-guide contains vocabulary exercises, discussion questions, reading activities, life application/Bible connections, and an answer key.
This is an interactive guide that enables parents/teachers to facilitate an oral discussion of the book, but it only provides space for one student to complete the fill-in-the-blank activities. If you are interested in obtaining Reproducibles that contain all of the fill-in-the-blank activities, click on the link:
Mini-Guide for Middlers: False Coin True Coin Reproducibles
NOTES:
1) When you purchase one set of reproducibles, you have permission to make a copy for each of your students.
2) An Answer Key is not provided for the reproducibles; the answers for the activities on the sheets are found at the end of the mini-guide.
CNS is working on creating workbooks for some of the interactive guides; the content is the same -- the only difference is that the workbooks contain spaces to write all of the answers. If you are interested in submitting a request to have CNS create a workbook for this guide, contact Chris Roe at: cnsroe@gmail.com
Mini-guides were originally designed for homeschoolers; they are also used in co-ops and schools. For more information about Mini-Guides, check the mini-guide page of the CNS website:
