While this document seems a bit informal, it is really very useful and simple to use. I copied it and cut into strips for a differentiated jigsaw activity.
I gave students different parts of the text enlarged to 11x17 and assigned them an activity based on pretest scores. I then told students assigned the same color of Popsicle stick (or whatever method you would like to use) to come together and share information.
It is uploaded as a Word document so you may adjust to fit your curriculum and instruction.
