Use this Fall-themed activity at any time during your Minnesota Studies course to review student learning and class instruction about the Early Dakota people. Questions are created from the reading in Chapter 3 of the Northern Lights textbook.
Students answer the questions, filling the answers into the blanks to solve a short code. After completing the puzzle, students have officially made it to the new farming & hunting location with the Early Dakota people!
The activity includes teacher setup and activity directions, along with the answer key.
