The "Minute 'Minders" series is designed to be a set of worksheets that can be used to review prerequisite concepts in a given class. They are meant to be used as quick warm-ups (each a single page) to refresh students' memories about concepts they are already familiar with, but in our teaching experience they may have forgotten.
This Calculus Minute 'Minder set has six worksheets on the following topics:
-Evaluating Trigonometric Expressions (degrees and radians)
-Writing Linear Equations (slope-intercept form, point-slope form, standard form)
-Re-writing Expressions with Rational Exponents
-Factoring (with a focus on leading up factoring common factors with rational exponents, aka "least powers factoring)
-Solving Polynomial and Rational Inequalities
-Using Trigonometric Identities
