This resource guides students through Katherine Mansfield’s Miss Brill, with text-dependent questions (TDQs) to help students establish and analyse meaning. This resource will push your students' reading and critical thinking skills, as well as providing scaffolds for writing effectively about literature.

The questions are shown next to the relevant parts of the text, to help students make meaning from the text as they read, by paying close attention to specific parts of the text.

This is a Powerpoint resource - student type their answers into text boxes on the slides. If you use Google Classroom, you can upload the Powerpoint file into your own Google Drive, and assign it in Classroom from there.
