This year, I had a new idea for how I wanted to approach test prep. I love using picture books like Miss Rumphius to make certain concepts easier to digest and I thought it might be a great way to get ready for those state tests too!
This freebie gives you a taste of what choices you might offer to your students in terms of practicing their learning with:
★ main idea
★ cause and effect
★ compare and contrast
Each skill has 3 options:
♦ 1 drawing option
♦ 1 interactive notebook foldable option
♦ 1 online game option (links included!)
I plan to have my students choose one option per skill to complete in order to practice their learning. It's great for differentiation because students can complete the assignment that suits them best!
If you like the options on the choice board menu but don't have time to make the interactive notebook foldables or drawing templates then you might want to take a look at this: Test Prep with Miss Rumphius ~ Choice Board/Menu of Activites!
Let's keep in touch!
