Are you looking for fun and engaging ways to teach number skills in a R.T.I. group, or just looking for games to practice number sense in small groups or as center activities in your classroom? Look no further!
This file contains 3 games to practice common number skills: Missing Number, Quantity Discrimination, and Number Identification. These games are designed for 2-6 players, and would be ideal for K, 1st, and 2nd graders.
The download includes:
>1 Number Maze mat -- to be used for all the games. The number maze, with multiple ways to get to the target, also helps students practice critical thinking skills.
> 6 colorful gamepieces
> Missing Number cards for numbers 0-30 (ex: 15 __ 17)
> Quantity Discrimination cards for numbers 0-20 (ex: 13 5 Which is the greater number?)
> Number Identification cards for numbers 1-120.
> Rule cards for each of the 3 versions of the game.
I hope you and your students enjoy these games! I recommend printing them on cardstock and laminating them to ensure durability. Thanks for downloading, and extra thanks in advance to those who leave a comment!! :)
