A handy resource for teaching the difference between mitosis and meiosis. The resource includes a Venn diagram as well as a comparative table where students compare the features of mitosis and sexual reproduction. Answer keys are provided. This resource does not cover the specific phases of the two processes (interphase, prophase, ect.), so it is more appropriate for middle school teachers or HS teachers who would like to differentiate the topic.
Also provided are three pages of document camera-ready notes on meiosis and mitosis with images included. Simply print and use. Students can even cut and paste these notes into their science notebooks!
