Welcome to the Mix-And-Match Giants Book. Many fairytales have giants in them. To celebrate giants, students can create their own book.
Students draw a giant of their choice on three half pages of paper. There are light outlines to help students draw a head, body, and legs. Students write the name of the giant on the text provided next to the drawing of the giant’s head. Next to the drawing of the body, students can write what the giant likes to do. The drawing of the body should also include a drawing of the activity. The drawing of legs has the option to write what the entire giant is dressed as.
Once all drawings are finished, the teacher can bind them with a binding machine so half pages can be turned individually. This gives readers the option of creating a mixed up giant that likes different things and wears weird clothes. Readers love mixing up the body parts.
