Since you and your friends have been working so hard to learn your addition facts, all the Math teachers decided to award their students with a donut party! But, they called the donut shop ahead of the time and made a special arrangement ... instead of paying for each treat in cash, students have to solve addition problems (it’s like a final test of sorts). The class that earns the most donuts will also get a pizza party next week!
Each player should pick a class card and begin at the shop. They must make their way to the donuts by rolling the dice. On each space they land, players must solve all three addition problems in order to earn a donut for their class. If a player lands on a bonus rectangle space, pick a question card. Solve the word problem correctly and earn the number of donuts pictured on that space. Who will earn the most donuts ... and a delicious pizza party?!
In this fun team game, students can work together to solve/review addition problems. Student are also given word problems as a challenge. Problems include: +1, +2, doubles, and ten's facts.
