Students will complete the task cards on Mixed Math Skills: Working With Numbers. The variety of skills include: showing the number using tally marks, writing 1 more, 2 more, 5 more, or 10 more than a number, making a ten frame, is the number an odd or even number, writing the word form of a number, showing a number drawing the base ten blocks it would represent, writing the expanded form of a number, given three numbers then writing the largest 3 digit or the least 3 digit number, writing the fact family, least to greatest, greatest to least, and writing the sum or difference of two numbers.
The task cards include 52 cards, a cover card, and a direction card. The task cards are a good review of the different math skills taught. Place the task cards in your math stations and have students work on them independently.
