Product Description
This set of 4 center activities has students look at a place on the number line and see it as a mixed number. It is difficult for my 3rd graders to also see it as a mixed number. When they shade in the mixed number as a model, it is much easier for them to also see it as an improper fraction. This is a great activity for centers, partner work, independent work or for assessments. The recording page helps you see where students are in their understanding and the growth they make as the week goes on.
