Here is a math activity for students to practice turning Mixed Numbers into Improper Fractions, and Improper Fractions into Mixed Numbers.
- One double-sided game board per student. (There are three different game boards in this file depending on skill level of student. The first two slides are for the class, the third and fourth are for students who struggle with concept and require modifications, and the fifth and sixth slide are for students working on one to one correspondence and counting. I put the game boards in sheet protectors.)
- Activity sheets (Activity sheets are below the game boards and correspond to the level game board the student is working on.)
- Regular playing cards (Only Aces through nines are in the set. I typically have students in partners to share the cards, but each is working individually and at their own pace on their own paper.)
