•Station Work – Add a task card station to your rotations.. Another option for stations is to put a few task cards at each station and have students answer a couple of questions at the end of each station.
•Early Finisher Task – Cut, laminate and put on a ring for early finishers to use as needed.
•Scoot – provide each student with a task card. Set a timer and say “scoot!” when time is up. At that time, either the students will move to the next card or the card will be passed to the next student.
•Exit Ticket – Place task card on the projector, have students record their answer on an index card or Post It. .
•Four Corners – Assign a letter to each corner of the room (A,B,C,D). Place a task card on the projector and have students move to the corner of the room that matches their answer.
