This product contains a set of colorful and creative pages for the many of the most commonly misspelled sight words. There are 27 in total and each page has a mnemonic strategy to make learning to spell the word easier, faster and fun at the same time. (I have updated many of the acronyms used in mnemonic strategies).
Mnemonics instruction improves memory of key information. It links new information to prior knowledge by using visual aids and/or acoustic cues. These strategies help all ability learners especially children with learning difficulties. For visual learners, imagery is a particularly useful mnemonic device.
