I am a school Academic Coach. As part of my regular duties I am asked to model lessons in classrooms. The school reading coach and I decided to make a reflection form that we sometimes ask teachers to fill out while we are modeling a lesson. This document contains the reflection sheet we present to teachers when we are modeling for them. This will give us a discussion tool in our post conference.
