PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Your students practice modeling with quadratic functions using the vertical motion model (using feet). Three editable Microsoft Word (with MathType) documents, each with a “word problem” and some scaffolding questions guiding students through the process. Students determine the appropriate quadratic model and use it to answer additional questions i.e. finding vertex to determine the maximum value or the x-intercept to find the zero. With my scanned (hand-written) answer keys (PDF format).
