-There is NO PASSWORD needed to open any document. If it is asking for a password, please update to the latest version of Adobe. If this does not work, please contact the TPT Customer Experience Team at support@teacherspayteachers.com.
-Make sure the product is fully downloaded to your computer before trying to edit. If you open and try to edit the product inside the browser, it will not work.
