Modern European History is an all-encompassing set of assignments, tests, and final exams taking you from the early 1700’s up to the 1970’s. It is an entire course of assignments for you to use with your students and all you need to do is introduce them to units with brief lecture or video and then assess the final products produced by students.
Students research the units of study following the detailed assignment outlines and choose (either teacher or student/group directed) how they want to show learning. (Essay, presentation, drama, video documentary, audio file, etc). Each unit has a time frame for project completion and as well as suggested lengths for various types of final products.
The course contains the following units of study:
French Revolutiion, Industrial Revolution, Ideaologies of 19th century, WWI, WWII, Totalitarianism, Holocaust, Cold War, and the United Nations.
There are 18 different tests that can be used and 5 different possible final examinations. The course is broken down into 84 classes (1 hour approx. each)
