This is a 9 page activity that can be used as a test for students with disabilities in an inclusive science class. It covers the basics of the respiratory system.
Students can make a booklet by coloring the cover when they need a break from the academic work.
Pages 2-6 are notes that students are to copy. These are simplified notes with picture clues that are modified for students with disabilities to understand.
Page 7 is a fill in the blank activity with a word bank.
Page 8 is the assessment. Students are given choices and asked to circle the correct answer.
Page 9 is a coloring activity. Students have to match the part to where it is in the respiratory system and color that part the requested color.
This is modified to about a Kindergarten level but can be used in any science class. I used it for grade 7.
