This worksheet is designed to be used at the beginning of a money unit for kindergarten, first or second grades (or remediation/intervention in higher grades). Students should have already been introduced to pennies, nickels, and dimes (front & back) as well as their values. This is a great way to see if students have internalized those coins. Students are asked to color the coins (directions are given at the bottom of the worksheet), count how many of each coin they see, and also recall the value of each coin.
