Lapbooks are a hands on way to engage students in learning and once completed a lapbook can be used as a study reference.
A lapbook is a file folder that contains a variety of "mini books/foldables” that cover detailed information about the lapbook's central topic. These are assembled, glued, and creatively displayed in a standard-sized folder, usually folded in a “shutter-fold”
This 25-page download is a complete lapbook that includes black line masters and photos showing how to assemble this fraction lapbook with your students. You can easily incorporate it into any of your own instruction on money. The individual components of this can also be used in an interactive student notebook.
It is aligned to the 2nd grade CCSS.
