### PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This bundle of 6 centers is great for practicing counting money using coins for values up to \$1. Recommended prep is to print, laminate, and cut each of the centers. This set includes tons of options for differentiation! The following centers are included:

-Coin Spin (Pick from 2 differentiated spinners: students spin four times, record the coins they spin, write that value 2 different ways, and then come up with their own way to make the same value using different coins)

-What's the Value? Coin QR Cards (3 differentiated sets-- values up to 25 cents, 50 cents, and \$1. Students must determine the value of a card, write it down, and then check their answers using the QR code. The higher set makes students write the value down using a dollar sign instead of the cent symbol)

-Coin Dominoes (4 differentiated sets- values up to 25 cents, 50 cents, \$1, and then matching 2 coin sets that have the same value. Students begin with the "start" domino and then keep picking new dominoes that match the value of the opposite end.)

-Coin Puzzles (Created to allow for easy differentiation. Students match the set of coins with the correct way to write the value using a dollar sign and cent symbol. There are 2 different puzzles for every 10 cents, so pick the values your students need to work on, whether you want to begin with low values or challenge students with higher ones or them all.)

-Money Riddle (This comes in color or grayscale. Pick from the smaller version, which has 4 cards per page, or the full page version. Can be used in centers or as a whole class activity. Students determine the value of a set of coins and then on the recording sheet put down the letter of that card above the line where they find that value. At the end, students will have answered a riddle, so this is self-checking.)

-How Much Money? (This has a challenge set included! With this center, students read a word problem involving coins where they must add the values up, solve, and then check their answers by scanning the QR code. This center is different from the others since students do not have any coins to look at and are only given the names of coins. See if higher students can add the coins mentally!)
