Differentiated Money Task Cards

About this Product:
Money task cards were designed to be used for individual/partner work. Task cards are perfect for math center or workstation time. Yet, cards can also be used as a “Roam the Room” or scavenger hunt activity.
Students are expected to use coin/dollar math tools to aid in solving and help them make sense of each task. I remind students of the “show” in “Show Me the Money!”.
Four differentiated sets are included — Red (Introductory), Green, Yellow, Blue (Proficient). You may choose whether you want students to work cards in order. Task Card 1 in each set was designed to be easiest, with Task Card 8 being the most difficult.
A solutions sheet for each set is included. Print solution sheet and Task Card 3 chart back-to-back.
An answer key is included if not using QR codes.
You may also make task cards self-correcting, simply write answers on the back of cards.
Print in color on white cardstock, laminate, and cut on lines.
Punch a whole in the upper left-hand corner of each card and connect each set with a binder ring.
Several versions of the “Directions” card are included to accommodate preference.
